3. Weaving fabric and loops

Equipped with state-of-the-art circular loom machinery, EPP VIETNAM can produce fabric with a width ranging from 900mm to 2500mm, meeting the diverse requirements of our customers.

The high fabric density achieved by these machines guarantees a tight and stable fabric surface, ensuring superior quality and long-lasting performance.

Our state-of-the-art weaving loop machines offer exceptional versatility, producing loops with a width ranging from 20mm to 110mm. These loops are characterized by their high strength and load-bearing capacity, making them ideal for applications requiring durability and reliability.

4. Lamination

Equipped with cutting-edge lamination technology, our machine can laminate fabric with a width ranging from 900mm to 2500mm, meeting the diverse needs of our customers. The lamination density of 15-30gm2 guarantees a durable and long-lasting finish, enhancing the overall quality of the fabric.

5. Cutting fabric

Our cutting machines, including fabric cutting machines, loop cutting machines, and cutting accessory machines, are designed to provide exceptional versatility, allowing us to produce products with a wide range of dimensions according to manufacturers’ specifications.

6. Flexo printing

Equipped with state-of-the-art flexo printing technology, our machines offer a wide range of capabilities, including the ability to print up to 3-5 colors onto fabric with exceptional clarity and precision.
