Mineral jumbo bags usually have open top (or filling spout, skirt cover) and discharge spout at the bottom to create a closed process when loading and unloading. The minerals does not fly out causing dirt which affect the environment and human health.
Mining materials when packed into bulk bag are usually powdered, therefore, FIBC need to be laminated or use an inner liner to prevent the product from escaping and them from water.
FIBC bulk bags for Mineral usually have 4 loops or 2 additional lifting belts. Because of carrying heavy cargo, normally these FIBCs will have Elongation at Break. Supplier must ensure that the loops must be sewn from 2/3 of the bag’s body or use the fully belted loops.

4. TECHNICAL STANDARDS
Mineral jumbo bags manufactured by EPP's quality control system must meet the following technical standards:
Ensure safety factor (SF)according to ISO
+ SF 5:1 for single use.
+ SF 6:1 for reusable bags.
Anti-UV UV Protection up to 1600 hours.
