JUMBO FIBC BAGS (also known as Bulk Bags, or 1 ton tote bags) are flexible packaging products that safely load dry and loose materials up to 2000kg or even more. These Jumbo bags – FIBC bags can hold weights of any material or product a thousand times more than their own weight.

Big bags can be made with coated or uncoated polypropylene fabric and vary in different dimensions, and fabric weights depending on the requirements of the Safe Working Load (SWL) & Safety Factor (SF). FIBCs are highly customizable and suit a large variety of markets from commodity to hazardous to Food Contact.

1. What are Baffles?

Baffles are the fabric that extends across the corners of the bag to help maintain its shape and to keep it from bulging. The baffles have holes to allow the bags to fill uniformly.
2. What is meant by “Sift Proofing”?
There are many methods of sift-proofing a bulk bag. The purpose is to prevent product leakage from the seams. A special felt or soft yarn is sewn into the seams.
3. What does SF mean?
Bulk bags can be reused under certain conditions. It is recommended that the bag be designed for reuse. Bags could have a defect such as a small hole or unstable loops which would make them unsuitable for reuse.
4. Can you customize the bag for me/my company?
